I am OBSESSED.
About ten of us get together every night at the Lyman's at 9 and we workout for an hour. It's really hard, but it's fun! I am so sore; everyday it's a new area of my body...first my arms, the next day my legs, the next day my abs. But I love it.

ReplyDeletei've always wondered what P90X was.... i want to do it! but i don't want to die. one time i tried turbo jam and i died. but i'm back, and now i just run. ps. your swimming suit is still at my house. ha
